What to Expect
Every Common Ground experience is intentionally designed to be engaging, welcoming, and thought-provoking. Participants—whom we proudly call “Guests”—are invited to actively contribute to the atmosphere, conversations, and shared experiences that make each gathering meaningful.
Our quarterly “Culture, Conversation & Cuisine” field trips offer a unique opportunity for guests to explore diverse culinary traditions while engaging in powerful dialogue.
Together, participants enjoy delicious dishes, discuss meaningful topics, and share compelling personal stories that foster understanding and connection.
At its heart, The Common Ground Consortium moves beyond traditional 9-to-5 approaches to engagement. Instead, we focus on the real-world application of inclusion—grounded in authenticity, accountability, and meaningful impact.

We are excited to officially launch the Common Ground Vendor Village in Coppell, Texas—an innovative, community-centered marketplace designed to uplift local entrepreneurs, small businesses, and creatives. This dynamic monthly experience blends community, culture, and commerce into one vibrant gathering where attendees can shop, connect, and be inspired.
From unique vendors and local artisans to engaging conversations and collaborative opportunities, Vendor Village is more than a market—it’s a movement. A place where relationships are built, businesses grow, and community thrives.
